Chocolate Protein Slice

Ingredients

1 cup oat flour

2 scoops chocolate whey protein

2 tsp. cinnamon

1/2 tsp. baking soda

1/4 tsp. salt

4 egg whites

1/4 cup xylitol

240g berry flavoured baby food

120ml water

Method

1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

2. Add dry ingredients (flour, protein, cinnamon, baking soda and salt) together in a bowl. 

3. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix together.

4. Pour ingredients into a lined, square 16x16 oven proof dish.

5. Bake 15-20 minutes or until fork comes out clean.

Makes 16 slices
