Chocolate Nutty Slice

Ingredients
Base
1 cup Almond Meal or LSA
1 cup desiccated Coconut
1 cup chopped Dates
2 Tbsp Cacao Powder
1 Tsp Vanilla Bean Paste
Sprinkle if Cinnamon
1/4 cup melted Coconut Oil
2 Tbsp Honey, Maple Syrup or Agave
Top
1 block No Added Sugar Guylian Chocolate
200g Mixed Cashew, Almond and Cranberries or nut and dried fruit mix of your choice.
Method
Base
1. Add all base ingredients to a processor and blend until breadcrumb like consistency.
2. Spread and compact into a lined rectangular baking dish.
3. Refrigerate until set.
Top
1. Melt chopped block of Guylian Chocolate
2. Remove base from fridge, spread mixed fruit and nuts evenly over base.
3. Drizzle melted Chocolate evenly over base and fruit and nut mixture.
4. Place in fridge until Chocolate has set, then slice into squares.
Keep refrigerated.
