Chocolate and Banana Ice Cream

Ingredients

1-2 frozen bananas (Chop ripe banana's and freeze at least 1-2 hours before use)

1 scoop banana protein

1/4 cup almond milk (more or less depending on desired consistency)

1 tbp. agave or honey

Method

1. Add milk and banana to processor and blend until smooth.

2. Add protein and agave to desired consistency and sweetness.​

Peak Nutrition Tip:

Try different flavours of protein, or add crunchy peanut butter or berries instead of banana's for a great variation of this recipe.
